I am a passionate nutrition coach, personal trainer and yoga teacher.
I really enjoy teaching and coaching.
With my upbeat, motivating nature, I try to make every hour unforgettable.
Since 2020 I have been accompanying and advising my customers 1:1 or online. Nutrition and training are topics that are very close to my heart and I am extremely interested in. Sufficient exercise and a healthy, balanced diet are particularly important for a healthy, energetic lifestyle.
